Price Match Guarantee

At Kalin Trenchless, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for their trenchless construction and repair projects. We understand that price is an important factor when choosing a contractor, and we want to ensure that our customers are confident in their decision to work with us. That's why we offer a Price Match Guarantee on all qualifying bids.

  1. Price Match Guarantee: If you find a lower price on an identical service from a local competitor, we will match that price. Simply provide us with a written quote from the competitor, and we will match the price for the same service.

  2. Qualifying Bids: To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the competing bid must meet the following criteria:

    • The bid must be from a licensed and insured contractor operating within our service area.

    • The bid must be for the same scope of work, including materials, labor, and project specifications.

    • The bid must be current and dated within the last 30 days.

  3. How to Request a Price Match: To request a price match, please contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

    • A copy of the competing bid, including the contractor's name, contact information, and bid details.

    • Your contact information, including your name, phone number, and email address.

  4. Exclusions: The following are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee:

    • Bids from online-only retailers or unlicensed contractors.

    • Bids that are part of a special promotion, clearance, or liquidation sale.

    • Bids that include rebates, free offers, or bundled services.

  5. Final Decision: Kalin Trenchless reserves the right to verify the competing bid and make the final decision on whether to match the price. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of price matches per customer.

  6. Changes to the Policy: Kalin Trenchless reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
